On the occasion the inventory listed on the website may not be accurately updated due to high traffic on the website and other variables. In this situation it's possible for a customer to unknowingly purchase an item that is no longer in stock, If we identify this issue within your order we promise to work hard to find a solution to the discrepancy- be it a refund or an alternative size/colour of the item (where applicable).

  • Should the customer choose to replace the item with a different article of clothing we will not be held accountable to absorb the costs of outstanding payments where variations in pricing occur.
  • You must respond to emails concerning oversold items in your order within 24 hours. If we do not get a response in this time, we will refund the item and send out the rest of the order.
  • Only one code can be applied to an order.
  • We will not be held responsible for Postal shipping delays.
  • We do not issue price adjustments on the occasion that an item ordered by a customer has since then been marked down to a lower cost.
  • All items at a discount of 25% off or higher are final sale.
